" Anna Way " or " Arvind Way " ?

To bring Jan Lokpal Bill :

>   ANNA  WAY

Anna has sent a letter ( must be his 20th ! ) , to PM Man Mohan Singh ,
asking him to pass Jan Lokpal Bill in the winter session of Lok Sabha ,
     starting on 5th Dec

If he fails to pass , Anna will go on an indefinite fast from 10th Dec

>   ARVIND  WAY

Arvind is requesting Delhi-ites to elect , at least , 50 AAP candidates on
     4th Dec elections

If they do , he has promised to pass Jan Lokpal Bill ( for Delhi ) on 29th

Which way will succeed  ?

People of Delhi have not forgotten what happened in Ramlila Ground in 2011
Anna was placed behind bars and " People's  Aandolan " was broken

Lok Sabha went thru a sham exercise of passing  a vastly diluted bill - knowing fully well that it will get stalled in BJP controlled Rajya Sabha !

Were Congressmen ( and their allies ) happy that BJP introduced 300 amendments in Rajya Sabha ?

They were ecstatic  !

Had Anna continued his " fast unto death " , he would have surely died

And our corrupt politicians ( - barring a few ) would have gone ahead and further insulted Anna's greatness by erecting a statue of Anna in the grounds of Lok Sabha  !

In the meantime , Bapu's statue continues to cry  !

For Anna-Way , it will be no different this time  !

PEOPLE  OF  DELHI  ,

If you want to ,

>   Save our democracy

>   Save Anna's life ,

you must go out and vote AAP to power on 4th Dec

Remember , what Kapil Sibal / Salman Khurshid said in 2011  ?

"  You cannot make laws in the streets of Delhi.
Contest and win elections . Then change the laws from within -
   democratically  "

Prove them right  !  Change the Law-makers  !

Throw out law-breakers  !

Face - to - Face or Facebook ?

According to Aniruddha Bahal  ( Editor - Cobrapost ) , both BJP and Congress seem to have hired " Cyber Mercenaries " to wage a " Cyber war " on their behalf

These Cyber - Stalkers repeatedly visit Facebook  /  Twitter etc social media web sites and

>    Comment  about " Virtues " of their political clients

>    Post " White Lies " about those opposing their clients

This is great news for Aam Aadmi Party (  AAP  )  !

Because only 12.6 % of India's population has access to Internet

That translates into following number of persons :

>    All India  .................. 150 million  ( out of 1200 million )

>    All India Voters  .........  91 million   ( out of 725 million eligible voters )

>    Delhi Voters  ..............  1.5 million  ( out of 11.5 million voters )

Balance 10 million Delhi voters have NO access to internet

No visit to Facebook  /  Twitter

No getting influenced by " Comments  /  Lies  /  Likes "

So , whenever " flesh - and - blood " ( not virtual ! ) AAP leaders are seen in their localities , these " Digitally Divided Delhi-ites " go out in the streets by thousands , to see them / greet them / hear them / ask them questions

10 million voters of Delhi don't give a damn about Facebook

They care about "  Face - to - Face "

On 4th Dec , these 10 million will troop out to polling booths to sweep away the " Feared Faceless " with a Jhadoo  !

Licensed to Rob ?

On 4th Dec.,  810 candidates will contest Delhi State Assembly elections

Delhi-ites will mostly vote for either Congress or BJP or AAP candidates

In case of many  of these  candidates , a vote  will amount to granting those candidates , a " legal authorization "  to rob  /  plunder  /  rape  /  murder , the voters themselves for the next 5 years  !

Here are figures published by ADR (  Association for Democratic Reforms  ) :

>     Total no of candidates contesting
...............................................810

>     Candidates with Criminal Cases  .............................................. . 129

>     Candidates with SERIOUS Criminal Cases  ..................................  93

       #    Congress   ........................................... 15

       #    BJP  ...................................................   31

       #    BSP  ..................................................   14

       #     AAP  ..................................................   5

>     Candidates with SERIOUS Criminal charges

       #    Congress  .............................................  8

       #    BJP  .....................................................  22

       #    BSP  .....................................................  12

       #    AAP   ...................................................... 5

>      Crorepati  Candidates  .....................................  265

>      Average Assets  (  All Candidates  )...................Rs   3.43   Cr

                            (  Congress Candidates )...........    Rs  14.25   Cr

                            (  BJP Candidates  )..................    Rs   8.16   Cr

                             (   AAP  Candidates  ) ..............    Rs   2.51   Cr

>     Highest  Assets

      *   M S Sirsa  ( SAD )......................................Rs    235.51   Cr

      *   S Gupta     (  Congress  ).............................Rs   164.44   Cr

      *   A K Jain     (  Congress  )  ...........................Rs    143.69   Cr

>     Assets of 66 " RE-CONTESTING "  candidates ( current MLAs ),

       *  In  2008  ................................................... Rs   2.90    Cr

       *  In  2013  ...................................................  Rs  10.43  Cr

People of Delhi ,

On 4th Dec . , your choice of candidate , will decide your own fate

And your choices are  :

>    Vote for Congress / BJP and then suffer in silence for the next 5 years,
to get robbed / raped / plundered / murdered

>   Vote for AAP and get, delivery of services ( Roads / Sewers / Clean
Water / Healthcare / Power / Education etc ) , without having to bribe !

Vote wisely  !

Misleading will Misfire !

As the D-day ( Doomsday  for BJP / Congress ? ) approaches ,  both Congress and BJP are getting panicky

They are desperately trying to mislead Delhi-ites , by spreading canards about Aam Aadmi Party (  AAP  )

Eg :

>   CANARD  :

Anna Hazare is against Arvind Kejriwal

     TRUTH  :

Anna may not support Arvind's " Political Means " but he fully supports
     his " Anti - Corruption Ends "

>   CANARD  :

AAP is a B Team of Congress / BJP ( depending upon who is misleading )

     TRUTH  :

AAP is the only A Team of Delhi-ites

>   CANARD  :

AAP is collecting election funds thru illegal methods

     TRUTH  :

AAP is the only party with courage to publish full details of every rupee
collected ( and from whom and how ) , on its web site

>   CANARD  :

Arvind Kejriwal holds 4 voter cards

     TRUTH  :

Election Commission has accepted its own lapse, for failing to cancel
old voter cards , as requested by Arvind

>   CANARD  :

" Media Sarkar " sting operation has exposed corruption of AAP leaders

     TRUTH  :

Even Election Commission has found no proof , after going thru 14 hours
of raw footage of sting tape

>    CANARD  :

AAP leaders are arrogant and have used foul language against their
       opponents during election rallies

       TRUTH  :

They have owned-up their mistakes and apologized within hours ,
whereas Narendra Modi has tried to justify his " Khooni Panja " remark
and Sonia Gandhi has yet to regret her " Maut Ka Sodaagar " remark.
Leave alone Congress / BJP leaders , publicly calling each other ,"Rats"
and " Monkeys " , since they know each other better !

>    CANARD  :

AAP candidates are not " Aam " ; they are Crore-patis

       TRUTH  :

During past 5 years , Congress / BJP MLAs have tripled their assets
from Rs 2 Crores to Rs 6 Crores ( on an average ) , with one having
gone from Rs 6 Crores to Rs 111 Crores  !

>    CANARD  :

Arvind Kejriwal has 5 FIRs filed against him ( eg: Illegal processions ! )

      TRUTH  :

Congress / BJP have given tickets to persons having Rape / Fraud etc

      " Charge-Sheets " framed by Courts

What Congress / BJP fail to realize is  :

>     Manifesto promises notwithstanding , people of Delhi are not going to
forget - or forgive - the torture inflicted upon them by Congress / BJP
       over the years

>     Delhi-ites don't give a damn for minor mistakes of AAP

>     This is not an election contest between political parties . It is a battle of
Kurukshetra - the battle between the " Corrupt Masters " and the "
        Oppressed People " , where " Good " will triumph over the " Evil "  !

>      Misleading is bound to Misfire

>     People have  run-out of patience

>     Writing is on the Wall

>     Tsunami is about to sweep them into the dustbin of history  !

Congress cannot Compete !

As far as Delhi-ites are concerned , Congress cannot compete when it comes to promising cheaper power ( - if voted to power on 4th Dec elections )

As far as reducing electricity charges are concerned , leading political parties have promised to Delhi-ites , in their manifestos :

>     0 % reduction      (  Congress  )

>     30 % reduction    (  BJP  )

>     50  % reduction   (  AAP  )

Reason  ?

It would be a " political suicide " if Congress promises to bring down power charges  !

For past one year , Sheila Dikshit has been bending backward to justify the existing power tariff , as being the cheapest in the country

Promising a reduction would amount to admitting that there is a scope for reduction  !

If Congress were to promise a reduction , two things were certain :

>     Delhi-ites will ask for massive " refunds " for over-charging / looting
        (  approx. Rs  6,000 Crores ?  ) over the past 5 years

>     Such a " Self - Exposure " of scam , would mean , a certain defeat
at the hands of  Aam Aadmi Party  (  AAP  ) , on 4th Dec

>      And having been voted to absolute majority , AAP will ask newly
appointed Lokpal to investigate who pocketed this Rs 6,000 crores
and put them behind bars !

What Sheila Dikshit - and her bosses - do not realize is :

>    " Non-promise "  notwithstanding , Congress will be reduced to a
minority when Delhi-ites vote on 4th Dec in favor of AAP

Congress sharing opposition benches with BJP  ?

Oh  !  What a dreadful thought  !

Oh   !  What a fall was there my Countrymen  !

"  Religion is the opium of the masses "

I would like to paraphrase , by saying,

"  Elections are the opium of Indian Voters "

Justice Delayed - but not Denied

There are 300 + lakh cases pending before India's judiciary system , comprising ,

>    16,000  Trial  Courts

>     21   High  Courts

>     Supreme Court

If you go by the average rate of disposal during the past decade , it would take more than 100 years to clear this backlog  !

Of course , by then , 400 lakh new cases would have been filed  !

So , it came as a pleasant - and welcome - surprise that , on last Saturday , Lok Adalats managed to clear , 35 lakh cases in 8 hours ! More than 10 % of the outstanding !

In Delhi alone , 300 Lok Adalat benches cleared 366,000 cases , with each bench clearing ( on an average ) , 3 cases per minute  !

In Mumbai , the record was clearance of 37,975 cases  !

Many were pending for more than 10 years  !

What kind of cases ?

>   Bounced cheques

>   Bank Recovery

>   Civil Suits

>   Motor Accident Cases

>   Service Matters

>   Family  Matters

>   Traffic Challans

>   Loan Disputes

>   Restoration of Water Connection ..... etc

How did Lok Adalats manage such fantastic rate of disposal  ?

May be because ,

>  No lawyer was present to accuse or defend  ! Litigants argued their own
cases .  No vested interest to keep the cases going for  ever  !

>  Lok Adalats were televised live through web-casting. World was watching

>  No court staff

>  Rather than shuttle between courts for another 20 years , weary  litigants

were happy with any " compromise "

It is said ,

"   Justice delayed is Justice denied  "

Our Lok Adalats proved that justice need not be delayed  !

Sam Pitroda ( Chairman , National Innovation Commission ) would agree that this is innovation par excellence  !

How about decorating the person who thought of Lok Adalats in the first place , with a "  Bharat Ratna  "  ?
